“Interview with the Vampire” became a hit in 1994, and it showcased Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise, two ’90s heartthrobs. The film also had Kristen Dunst who gained widespread fame after her portrayal of Claudia, the child vampire. She even bagged a Golden Globe nomination.
The film premiered on November 11 at the Manns Village Theatre in Westwood, California. It was a star-studded occasion attended by Nicole Kidman, Will Smith, and Jodie Foster. Oprah Winfrey was there too, but just within ten minutes of the flick starting, the TV maven left disgusted by all the gore and blood in it.
