A fat, “oof!” must have escaped your mouth when you saw this picture because it left from ours. We can even taste what the football player felt with that hit, as it couldn’t have landed without some serious heart searing pain.
The chin guard was knocked clear off its position all the way to his eyes, and from the looks of his teeth, no mouth guard was present.
With all that muscle, one can tell it would take some time for no. 26 to get back in the game. There’s no idea what led to this shot, but the after-effects couldn’t have been pleasurable for both players involved.
Too Close To Not Be Cuddling
Some people are into sports for the love of the game; others are there for the entertainment waiting to happen between players. Then, there’s those of us who are in it for both. The popcorn must have sold out at this stadium for the drama that ensued during this basketball match.
Tristan Thompson and David West are captured here in this perfectly timed photo going hard at each other in the heat of a brawl. Two referees and a fellow player are clearly trying to separate them, but this feud doesn’t seem likely to end in the court.
A Synchronized Soccer Match?
A soccer field is not where you expect to see this level of coordination and synchronization, yet, this photographer captured these two players in action at the perfect time. It may look like a human insect with the jersey’s color, lending to the unique appearance, but not to worry, the pitch is free from the creepy crawlies.
One can easily call it the work of some photo editing but, if you’ve ever watched synchronized swimming, you’ll know timing is critical. The players were probably standing in a straight line and performing the same celebratory run when this legendary shot was taken.
