Hysterical Gym Pictures That Will Make You Get a Membership to See the Show
A Headbanging Problem
Unlike the many people that have tried innovative (and unsafe) ways to use regular equipment at their fitness center, this guy has taken some measures to protect his legs. We’re not quite certain about what this man is attempting to do. He is hanging upside down trying to lift his body weight.
Since he seems to have an interest in odd positions of the body, he should try out yoga or pilates. While many look at pilates as a feminine form of physical activity, it was developed by Dr. Joseph Pilates. He developed the method while at an internment camp and it was used to help heal war wounds.
I’m Lovin’ Fit
We are inclined to believe that the CEO of Mcdonald’s and Planet Fitness entered into a deal that made them open the franchises of their brands at the same location. There are 13,438 locations of the former in America, while the latter has 2,039 locations across North America.

This closeness is mutually beneficial to both businesses. When a person goes to Mcdonald’s and enjoys a 20-piece nugget meal; they end up feeling bad about it, so they sign up for the health center next door. Similarly, after a great session at the center, they visit the Golden Arches to treat themselves to a Big Mac.
Purrfect Day at the Gym
Getting a partner to go with you to the health club can give you the right kind of motivation to remain dedicated to your exercise routine. And what better partner to go with than a furry friend? A person bought their cat along to provide support, but the cat is who needs support to get the weight off it.

Animals should be watched carefully in places where there is heavy equipment. Pets are curious creatures that will try and poke at weights and other accessories. This can cause the machines to come crashing down badly injuring the furry companion. This weight can cause bruising in the cat’s neck region.
Start Them Young
In the day and age of giving children iPads, it’s nice to see someone decide to do something more physically engaging with a child. Though perhaps taking the baby to a session at your local health club might not be the paradigm of safe activity.

Children can be physically engaged much better by a day in the park. Getting connected to the natural environment gives the added advantage of stimulating them mentally. Children are naturally curious by nature and observing the various scenes in a park will help them develop cognition. Physical activity is great for children and helps them develop flexibility, balance, reflexes, and gross motor skills.
