He was already a multi-millionaire at that time, but winning the lottery made him live an even more opulent lifestyle. He had several run-ins with the law, and thieves stole $545K from him once. In June 2020, Whittaker passed away at the age of 72. He was reportedly worth only $100K at the time of his death.
