Avril Lavigne – Ice Hockey & Baseball
Canadian-born singer and songwriter Avril Lavigne had quite a childhood growing up. Some considered her a bit tomboyish as she was very much into sports, which may have been because she idolized her elder brother, and it rubbed off on her. At age ten, Lavigne played in the Napanee boy’s hockey league.
She also played baseball and likes to skateboard, but hockey stuck with the star. Before stepping into her music career path, she was actually a champion athletics player. Lavigne can also act and sings movie soundtracks. Her song “Complicated” was featured on the soundtrack for the documentary “Jackass Forever” in 2022.
