Singer Miranda Lambert is one of the most successful country musicians, boasting multiple awards from the Academy, Grammy, and Country Music Association. However, she isn’t invincible and has, in fact, suffered from fluctuating weight in years in the industry.

When she lost 20 pounds, fans were quick to notice the massive change, and naysayers taunted her transformation, saying she had surgery. However, Lambert denounced the speculations and said she did the old-fashioned way: by sweating it out through strength training and cardio with a personal trainer. Thankfully, her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, also helps her reach her fitness goals.
