The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco, who recently got nominated for an Emmy for her show The Flight Attendant, may have always looked her best during outings and red-carpet appearances. Still, it took years before she finally found the routine that works for her. She has experimented, too, trying running, spinning, and Pilates.
Cuoco found that she dislikes running and fell in love with yoga, which she credits for her toned body. She has also learned to take it easy with eating, especially with her athlete husband Ryan Sweeting, who she said eats too much for fuel.
