Linda Evans – 1942

Norwegian-American Linda Evans has become a household name because of her many television appearances. She first gained attention in the ’60s because of her role as Audra Barkley on “The Big Valley,” a TV Western starring Barbara Stanwyck as Victoria Barkley.

In the ’80s ABC prime time television soap opera “Dynasty,” Evans starred as the long-suffering heroine Krystle Carrington from 1981 to 1989. She was a regular on this show for eight seasons and made cameos in films, including “The Last Frontier” and “Beach Blanket Bingo.” She received nominations for an Emmy and a Golden Globe in both 1981 and 1982.

Kate Jackson – 1948

Kate Jackson is a notable American actress widely recognized for her part in “Charlie’s Angels.” It’s been a while since she’s been in the spotlight, but her loyal followers still rave about how naturally she played several roles on screen.

Did you know that Jackson started her career in the ’60s? She worked as an NBC page and a Rockefeller Center tour guide before deciding to pursue a career in acting. She then got the part of mute ghost Daphne Harridge in the soap series named “Dark Shadows.” Today, Jackson has almost 50 acting credits, including roles in movies, TV programs, and TV movies, despite retreating from the spotlight.

Shirley Eaton – 1937

Shirley Eaton is a former English actress, model, and writer who became well-known after playing Jill Masterson, a Bond Girl, in the 1964 James Bond film “Goldfinger.” In 1953’s “Personal Affair,” she made her first appearance on the big screen in an uncredited part.

Some of her other appearances are in “A Day to Remember,” “Three Guys in a Boat,” “Doctor in the House,” and “The Girl from Rio.” She left the acting business in 1969 due to family obligations, and now, 50 years after “Goldfinger” was first shown in theaters, she spends her time painting, writing, and taking photographs for pleasure.
