BOBBY SHERMAN – 1943
Bobby Sherman established himself as a teen idol in the late ’60s and ’70s with his hit songs “Little Woman,” “Easy Come, Easy Go,” and “Julie, Do Ya Love Me.” With ten studio albums, five of them certified gold, Sherman was a sensation receiving unprecedented amounts of fan mail when he appeared on ABC’s “Here Come the Brides.”
He disappeared from the spotlight to become an EMT, a path that led to him eventually becoming a technical Reserve Police Officer with the LAPD. He was awarded for his services when he was chosen to be the Reserve Officer of the Year in 1999. That same year, he was appointed reserve deputy sheriff of San Bernardino County.
