Even though Candace Parker only started playing in 2008, she has achieved a lot already on basketball courts. She was not only the WNBA Rookie of the Year when she made her debut, but she also won her inaugural year’s MVP award. Parker has won three gold medals for America; she helped the Los Angeles Sparks win their first WNBA championship after 15 years in 2016 and helped Sky win their first-ever championship in 2021. Parker was named among the 100 Most Beautiful People of the World by People magazine in 2007.
