Karine Jean-Pierre is an American campaign organizer, activist, and political analyst who was a political commentator at NBC and MSNBC. From 2022, she has served as the White House press secretary, and previously, she was the deputy press secretary to her predecessor Jen Psaki from 2021 to 2022.

Jean-Pierre made history as the first Black and openly gay person to hold the press secretary position.
