It stands at more than 3,600 square feet and boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms as well as a two-car garage. The home features aluminum and vinyl finishes, a curved walkway leading to the front door, and a fireplace that gives it a warm and comforting atmosphere. The asking price for this property is $851,500.
Tom Brady – $40 Million, Los Angeles
After saying “I do”, former National football league star Brady and Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen moved to Brentwood, California, and purchased the neighboring land. With the help of architect Richard Landry and interior designer Joan Behnke, they built a sprawling, environmentally friendly mansion costing $11.75 million.
