“Modern Family” actress Sarah Hyland and her husband Wells Adams, of “The Bachelorette” fame, have purchased a large house in Studio City’s San Fernando Valley. The five-bedroom and seven-bathroom property spans a little less than 6,000 sq. feet and sits on a quarter-acre lot. It has a pool, spa, pool house, and a soundproof movie theater.
Property records show Hyland paid nearly $4 million for the walled and gated estate. The pool house can easily be converted into a private office or guest quarters. The theater has midnight blue walls and stadium seating. The luxurious residence provides plenty of space for the couple and their future family.
