Biggest Anchor And Reporter Bloopers That Will Go Down In History
I’m Not The Enemy, You Know
Police sketches are a facial composite artist’s representations of a suspect as described by eyewitnesses. These are commonly used during reports, too, to help the authorities find the bad guys. However, when ABC 7 anchor Marc Brown read the news back in the ’90s, he didn’t realize that he would soon become the talk of the town.
This is because many viewers noticed that there was a resemblance between Brown and the suspect, and one of the audience even managed to take a photo of the anchor seemingly looking a little anxious as the sketch was shown.
Disciplining An Adult
Face-palm moments are quite common in news reporting, too, and the worst part is that anchors will get to relive the cringe-worthy events because they are recorded and have probably made the rounds on the internet. In this case, these TVpersonalities were discussing child discipline.
When the man asked his colleague if she had ever experienced being spanked as a child, she suggested that she had, except that it wasn’t during her childhood. This on-air blunder was so embarrassing that she couldn’t help but hide her face! To make things worse her colleague also got the joke and began laughing!
Fatherhood is 24/7, 365
What’s best about working from home? Having enormous time with the kids. The worst? The little ones interrupting work. WCBS meteorologist Lonnie Quinn learned this the hard way when he set up a green screen for his weather forecast in 2020. This naturally had the kids curious and went to their father, who surely wasn’t expecting the surprise.
Quinn’s daughters, Lily and Savy, wouldn’t leave the set, worrying their father so much about his report. In the end, the weather forecaster could not do anything but report while attending to his kids. While he was concerned about what happened, the family did become online celebrities overnight!
