Bob Newhart is a widely popular comedian and actor who initially rose to fame in the ’60s. His live album titled The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart brought him a tremendous amount of fame, and then he followed it up with another successful album called The Button-Down Mind Strikes Back.
Once Newhart started getting into mainstream acting, he became well-known for his appearances in Newhart. He used to be a heavy smoker, but getting secondary polycythemia caused him to quit for good. In 2021, he will appear in the King of Cool documentary.
