Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson declared 2020 to be the year of health after her doctor told her that she would have a better chance at fertility if she lost weight. Although she was first offended by what she heard, she eventually thought of having better quality eggs for her future child.
Wilson, who will star in Senior Year, has so far lost 65 pounds. She announced that she reached her weight goal in October 2020 after hard work. On top of limiting her sugar intake, the Australian actress also trains seven days a week.

Made famous for the sitcom “One Day at a Time,” Valerie Bertinelli hosted the cooking shows “Kids Baking Championship” and “Valerie’s Home Cooking” in 2021. She’s been involved with cooking programs for years, which makes it even more impressive that she once managed to slim down by dropping a whopping 50 pounds.
Her headlining weight loss story was made possible thanks to regular workouts and the help of a Jenny Craig program. While these programs don’t always work, Bertinelli decided to give Jenny Craig’s a chance and was delighted with the result.

When actress Chrissy Metz was just starting, her agent asked her to slim down, and she did, losing 50 pounds. Before she became known for her role in This Is Us, she starred in American Horror Story. In an episode, she had to wear a fat suit, which was sobering for her because she wondered what would happen if she reached the same size.
When she landed the role of Kate in the NBC drama, the contract indicated that she would need to lose weight as her character’s storyline progressed. This was a win-win for her, and she has been trying to shed pounds on her own terms.
