John Cleese’s love for luxury and extravagant cars is a pretty popular fact, and you might know that he was particularly fond of his stunning Bentley Eight that he sold only a few years ago. Even though the Fawlty Towers star did not simply put it on sale, it went up for auction from a starting point of £2500.
Interestingly, an Australian fan who ultimately bought the vehicle had lunch with John also got a handwritten note detailing stories of the celebs who rode this car. Well, now we wish that we had bought that stunning ride instead!
