Alicia Keys – $3.1 Million, Camelback Mountain
Grammy-winning Alicia Keys was able to sell her Phoenix Camelback Mountain home for $3.1 million. The 7,050-square-foot residence was purchased by the singer-songwriter and pianist back in 2008 and features a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired design, complete with 20-foot windows and a glass waterfall.
The property also has four bedrooms, five and a half baths, a six-car garage, a negative-edge pool, a spa, a theater, a game room, a wet bar, an 800-bottle wine cellar, an exercise room, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen. The home also offers spectacular views of the valley. Keys had owned the property for over a decade but decided to let it go for the hefty price tag.
