The paradisiacal property was acquired for $4 million by her beau, the billionaire businessman/rapper Jay-Z.
Mainly recognized for their successful music careers, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have a combined net worth of $1.4 billion. Their massive real estate empire also includes an $88-million megamansion in Bel Air, Los Angeles. In the summer of 2021, they were also photographed in Capri, Italy aboard their $400-million megayacht.
